Thelma Ruth Frazier was born December 5th, 1918. She died January 27th, 1996.

It was early in the morning of January 27th, 1996. The phone rang. Daddy sent me downstairs to answer it. He knew what had happened, but by me being a little eight-year-old girl, I had no clue. So I picked up the phone and it was my Uncle Jim, from California. Dad came to the phone and talk to Jim. I don't remember for how long, but probally for a few minutes. Dad broke the news to me. I don't remember much else on the day, as I said, I was just eight.

Dixie was a wonderful woman, and everyone who knew her loved her. Please keep her memory alive by passing this site on.
